Legal group
This group is the oldest in the Think tank. It is made up of lawyers and company representatives working on the various current legal issues facing the customs world.
The group has contributed to a number of publications and regularly organises legal events.
Export Control Group
The group brings together lawyers, representatives of trade associations, companies and research centres. It works on all export control issues, including dual-use goods and war materials, as well as sanctions.
The Group has published a Guide to Dual-Use Goods and numerous notes.
Energy and Environmental Taxes Group
This group of lawyers and business representatives works on all issues relating to energy and environmental taxes.
